What are credits?
Credits are how you pay for analyses and actions. An Overview analysis costs 1 credit, Standard costs 2, and Deep Dive costs 4. Actions like Go Deeper (1 credit), Cross-Domain (2 credits), and Visualize (3 credits) let you explore your results further.
What's the difference between Standard and Plus?
Both plans include all seven frames, all analysis depths, the Roadmap and Cross-Domain actions, and Sevenbot. Plus adds Go Deeper (expand any frame), Visualize for SVG diagrams, 100 credits per month (vs. 30), and more top-up packs per cycle.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly credits reset each billing cycle — use them or lose them. Credits you buy as a top-up are separate: they don't reset at renewal and stay valid for 60 days after purchase.
What are credit top-ups?
If you run low mid-cycle, you can buy a top-up pack of 25 credits for $8. Standard members can buy 1 pack per cycle; Plus members can buy up to 3. Top-up credits expire 60 days after purchase.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Both plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Cancel anytime from your account settings and keep access through the end of your billing period.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes. Switch between Standard and Plus anytime. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
