1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Sevenframe platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Sevenframe provides AI-powered multi-dimensional analysis of user-submitted text. The service processes your input through seven analytical frames and returns structured reports. Analysis quality depends on input quality and the selected depth level.

3. Accounts and Credits

You must create an account to use Sevenframe. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Analysis credits are consumed when you submit an analysis. Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle. Purchased credit packs do not expire.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the analysis engine
  • Resell or redistribute analysis reports without authorization
  • Abuse the API or attempt to circumvent usage limits

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the text you submit. Analysis reports generated by Sevenframe are licensed to you for personal and commercial use. The Sevenframe platform, methodology, and branding remain the intellectual property of Sevenframe.

6. Payment and Refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access through the end of your billing period. Refunds for credit packs are available within 14 days of purchase if credits have not been used. Failed analyses are automatically refunded in credits.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sevenframe provides analysis for informational purposes only. Reports should not be considered professional advice. We are not liable for decisions made based on analysis reports. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
